Below you can find the answers to some common questions one may have regarding the management of their game servers. As such if you require further assistance regarding anything please open a helpdesk ticket and someone will contact you as soon as possible. How do I reboot my server?
Login to your server's rcon and in the console type: rcon quit
Login to your server's control panel and click the "restart" button.

How do I access my servers rcon?
If you're in your server open up the console and type: rcon_password yourpassword
Alternatively login to your server's control panel and access the web rcon options.

How do I excecute live on three?
We have already installed these scripts for you see just below for executing the lo3 (live-on-three) configuration for each league
For CAL: rcon exec cal
For TWL: rcon exec twl
For CPL: rcon exec lo3cpl
For CEVO: rcon exec cevo

How do I update my server?
There is no need to, servers check for updates relatively frequently and stay updated. If you ever need to update it manually, please login to the control panel and select the option to update your server.

How do I update zblock?
Download and unzip the latest version of zblock. Logon to your server's control panel and stop your server. Then using the control panel (or FTP) upload all of the contents of the zblock.zip you downloaded into your servers Addons folder. Start your server and confirm.

How do I make changes to my server?
All changes should be made through FTP (file transfer protocol), this allows you to transfer files between your PC and your game server. You can also use your server's file manager through the control panel. Once connected you can access all aspects of your server for example.

All of the server configurations and league configurations are located in the 'cfg' folder.
All of the maps along with default maps are located in the 'maps' folder.

How do I add or remove SourceTV?

In order to add sourceTV run the following command in the console: exec sourcetv
After executing the configurating you may need to cycle the map (i.e change the map to the same map but so that it loads again).

How do I enable PAM4?
In the control panel goto the Command Line builder. Click the button "NEW". Name the command line: PAM4. Select the option "+set fs_game" and in the value field put: mods/pam401. Save this command line; at the next screen click "select", it should then listed as "selected". This is now your selected command line and will run the PAM4 modification (may require restart).

How do I enable DAMN?

Save this command line; at the next screen click "select", it should then listed as "selected". This is now your selected command line and will run the DAMN modification (may require restart).

How do I update my server?
In the event there is a new patch release, login to the control panel and click on the "Game Updates" button. You will see a series of patches available (new&old), select the desired patch and click "Install".

How do I update punkbuster?
Login to the control panel and click the "Update Punkbuster" button. This will automatically update your punkbuster version and definitions.
