All services provided by moReal Game Services, may be used for lawful purposes only. Accounts that fail to correspond with our agreement will be suspended, until the problem is corrected. Failure to correct the problem, will result in account termination. We reserve the right to modify this agreement or make adjustments to the clarifications of particular subjects at any time. By signing up for service you agree to ALL of the terms mentioned below.
Server Usage Restrictions
- Bots are DISABLED on private servers.
- Customers may not run any type of game modification (i.e Deathmatch, Mani-Mod) on private servers.
- League based modifications (i.e zBlock) are acceptable on private servers.
- Customers may not give out their private server password to the general public
- Each game server is limited to using 5 Gigabyte of disk space after the base install of game.
- Customers may not attempt to abuse or alter server resources. (by setting up auto pinger etc)
- Customers must keep their server password protected AT ALL times (public servers excluded)
- Customers may not attempt to hack, exploit or modify any server resource in attempt to cause harm to the server or another customer.
- All of the above minus the last step do not apply to Dedicated Servers.
Service Restrictions
- Customers may only request one server location move per month.
- Customers may only request one server reinstall per month (unless server not functional)
- Hand's on customer server maintenance or tuning can only be request once per month
- Source TV relays are provided free however require 12 hours notice to secure one.
Payments
- Payments are only accepted and processed through Paypal or Credit Card.
- You will be billed every thirty days automatically through Paypal or Credit Card (90 days of quarterly).
- You are locked into the initial per month rate, if prices go up your monthly fee will remain unchanged.
- Outside of the 48 hour money back guarantee all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Customers who signup quarterly can request refunds for their second and third months, first month is non-refundable.
- Failure to pay your balance 48 hours after the due date will result in your service being suspended.
- Failure to pay your balance 96 hours after the due date will result in your server being deleted.
Money Back Guarantee
- Refunds may be requested if done so within 48 hours of purchase.
- Customers who violated our terms of service will not be refunded under our money back policy.
- Money Back Guarantee applies only to game servers, dedicated servers are excluded.
Cancellations
- Cancellations require 24 hours notice before your payment is due.
- Customers who fail to provide 24 hours notice may be charged a $5.00 fee
- Once a payment is processed for service it can not be refunded if customer intends to cancel.
- Dedicated servers cancellations require 10 days notice before your payment is due
Information
- moReal maintains detailed customer information for past and present customers..
- We do not maintain credit card information for past customers, this information is deleted.
- Your information is stored soley for tax purposes and will not be released under any circumstances.
Liability
moReal Game Services, will not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, resulting from a server going off-line, being unavailable for any reason or account termination.
moReal Game Services, will not be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their server was functioning.
Dedicated server customers may not run IRC based services and or host adult or illegal content.
We reserve the right to refuse service.
