zBlock & Control Panel issue resolved.Posted On: 01/25/2008 3:13 pm
Customers who are already integrated into our control panel and were experiencing issues upgrading their zBlock to the latest version, should OK as of now. You should now be able to upload the latest zBlock version and replace the zBlock.dll file that was giving permission denied errors. The issue was simply a rejection on .DLL files overall in specific directories, which we were able to reverse, you should have full read/write permissions on the add-on directory. Anyone still experiencing problems please contact support so we can look into your issue as an individual case.

We will be pushing out our new control panel this weekend to Dallas & NYC. If you desire there is a post on our forums that has some more information about these changes. We do however anticipate some server downtime throughout this process, however it should not be longer than an hour or two per server. The work will be completed between 12-5PM EST on Saturday & Sunday. If you have any questions or comments please contact support!
System Maintenance 9.23.07 - moReal 2.0Posted On: 09/19/2007 3:36 pm
This Sunday (9-23-07) we will be performing server maintenance and implementing several changes to older servers. As time has went on our optimization techniques have continued to progress and improve system performance, however many older systems do not have all of these changes yet. We feel that implementing before the official new competitive seasons begin will be highly beneficial to all our customers. Due to the nature of these changes we will be opening a lengthy five-hour window for completion. The five-hour window begins at 12:01 PM EST and ends at 5:01 PM EST, keep in mind that we will be taking down servers WITHOUT NOTICE during this window of time. If you have a MATCH scheduled during this time frame, please contact support so we can try and work around your schedule.

Your server may be available during this time and we have opened the following window for the maintenance to take place 11:30 AM (START) 2:30 PM EST (STOP).
Moreal Systems Maintenance August 26thPosted On: 08/20/2007 3:37 pm
This weekend we will be performing some routine maintenance on ALL systems in ALL locations. Most of these updates are just your usual maintenance however we will be adjusting some things geared at tweaking performance a bit. Some of the things we will be doing include adjusting the processor scheduling and memory allocation to each server. As such instead of servers sharing a pool of system memory, we will be allocating each server a dedicated allotment of memory.
